  • Updated Meal Plans : Constanlty updated meal plans, that is specifically tailored to you, including all the foods you like to make the shredding enjoyable. All the foods will be designated gram for gram, Macro for Macro. Details such as the amount of Protein Carbohydrates and Fats will be listed in every single meal, along with daily caloric intake. The Meal plan will be designed in a way that is affordable and will allow you to reach your goal faster. It will also contain a detailed meal plan of your cheat day/reefed day.
