About Me

My Name is Michael Diamonds I’m 24 years old and I was born in Havana, Cuba and I’m half Namibian. That being said, I’ve lived a good portion of my life in 6 Different Countries including Brazil, Angola, South Africa, Namibia, Switzerland and I’m currently based in Moscow Russia. I speak 5 different languages fluently which include English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Afrikaans.
Before I turned to Fitness, I was a Football player all the way through High School. I stopped all sports all together when I attended the University of Cape Town (Ranked 148 in the World) completing my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Microbiology. I was extremely fat and unhappy with my body this is where I turned to Fitness.
I’m at the end of my 3rd year of Medical School, and I’ve been training seriously for 3 years. Combining my knowledge of my B.Sc and Medical School, I’ve transformed my body on a completely using scientific and medical approach. Optimizing my training times and cardio to fit perfectly into my Med School Schedule.
I’m just like you, the everyday student or hard worker, who wanted to make a change in his life. I took it upon myself to try and live more through Social Media to build this family which is over a combined 160,000 people. Welcome to Team Diamonds.
